This apartment requires a $2000 pre-authorization security bond. Set on an entire level of the resort, this Presidential Penthouse features a sky-high indoor pool and offers a very spacious 1020 square yards of luxury living. The penthouse also features spacious living areas and is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass walls and windows, with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Gold Coast City and beyond. Other features of this luxury penthouse include a Swedish sauna with change room and shower and a private Theater with a 100” Laser TV mounted in a blacked out private theatrette, with Foxtel, Blu-Ray, sound bar and luxurious lounges. Guests can also relax on the private balcony overlooking the City and Hinterland. There are 4 double-sized bedrooms all with their own en suite. The master bedroom is equipped with a 4-person tiled spa bath overlooking the City, separate lounge area and private office. There are also 2 unique open roof balconies with views of the Pacific Ocean, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Gold Coast Waterways and Hinterland. Private and secure apartment access, entrance and direct access to a secure basement which includes for up to 4 secure parking lots. This room includes a 25% discount for SkyPoint Climb.
